ASTRL TRVLR (Drez Slezak) is a DJ/Producer based out of Ottawa, Canada. Drez is inspired by earth healing sounds and rhythms that tap into the psyche and allow listeners to sink deep into a state of flow. Drez is the Co-Founder of a yoga and music collaboration called Sonic Yoga where he incorporates sound healing instruments and techniques to his DJ sets to accompany movement and meditation. When Drez is not facilitating Sonic Yoga he is organizing shows under ASTRL TRVLR productions and lighting up dance floors with his transformative, multi-genre, bass driven, selections.

FLOW.
“Flow” is a 30 minute sonic journey with the intention of creating space for listeners to enter a state of flow, with yoga and movement based flow states specifically in mind. The sound journey is heavily incorporated with nature elements and mediative mantra. You will hear the same samples and chord progressions throughout the entirety of the journey revisited in parts to take a on a different vibe, with the most notable sounds being the groovy guitar lick, the ohm’s and chants and of course the deep synth bass. Sit back, brew your tea, light your palo santo and open your heart.
Notable Tracks:
The title track “Flow” is the meat and bones of the journey which gives off a groovy downtempo vibe with all of the elements of the journey coming together and allowing for a deep grounding listening experience.
“Peak Flow” gives the space for a higher tempo with a meditative tribal house feel to allow listeners to enter 'peak flow. The groovy guitar is chopped, reversed, and delayed to create the feeling of dissonance.
