Eve- Marie Blouin-Hudon
Eve-Marie Blouin-Hudon is a psychologist and expert on Innovation and Wellbeing. Based on her research, she teaches courses at Carleton University on the psychology of creativity and innovation, and coaches at the Impact Hub Ottawa. She is also the Organizational Health lead at Statistics Canada, where her team helps employees adapt to change and experience greater psychosocial health. She also spends her time as co-founder of Music.Art.Ppl writing grants, managing business activities, and sprinkling in a little decor magic here and there.
Peter Albert
Peter Albert is a DJ, entrepreneur & community leader. His business education along with his passion for music, collaboration along with bringing people together, through unique experiences, has been the fuel that's motivated him to start hosting events 10 years ago. He co-created the collective Music.Art.Ppl because he believes that each person can be a beacon for their community contributing with their creativity, skills and knowledge. Through curated events, Music.Art.Ppl offers artists of all backgrounds - from visual arts to performance and music - a safe and inclusive space to express themselves and share their work with their community. In everything he does, Peter's focus is on conscious contribution and empowerment. The launch of Music.Art.Ppl's new label has given Peter and the rest of the team the opportunity to give artists the spotlight.
Nick Hebb
Nick Hebb is a founding partner of Music.Art.Ppl. Having been active in the arts and culture scene for close to twenty years, Nick has also been DJing under the moniker: Nikoli for many of those. Alongside his countless gigs, Nick has been on the ground helping to organize events and festivals for the past decade. He has worked with non-profit organizations and community groups to help expose and promote their activities through well executed events. He currently works full time in the world of sustainability, designing high profile events and campaigns in the environmental sector. Creativity is his passion and he is so glad to share it with such a talented and diverse bunch of individuals who make up the Music.Art.Ppl Collective
Jordan David
Jordan David has established a name for himself in his hometown Ottawa, Canada as a DJ, producer, curator and general force of nature that displays a consistent growth and musical evolution. Having developed a unique sound, style and connection to the groove over many years of performing in DIY spaces, night clubs, galleries and festival stages both as a musician and as a DJ. Sharing bills with international acts such as DJ Sneak, Niko Schwind, Djuma Soundsystem, Ollie K and local heavy weights such as Trevor Walker, Rick Laplante, BALU, Martin Villeneuve, Blake Sutherland, The TIMEKODE Crew, Jesse Zotti, Return of the Jaded and Rise Ashen just to name a few. Embracing his ability to transfer a refined melodic and rhythmic perspective that capitates listeners and also lights up a dance floor. JFUN has managed to cultivate a path for his artistic expression that is taking form as he progresses on his musical journey. This being the result of a deep passion and love for dance music culture and community that is undeniable.
Corinne Blouin
Corinne Blouin (a.k.a CoBlou) is a francophone multi disciplinary artist. More commonly known in the community for her live painting, illustration and mural works, creating is an act that helps her self-reflect. She loves the process of exploring the many landscapes of her inner worlds through a variety of mediums. From Energy work to illustration, painting, photography, writing or sound, her expression is limitless. She’s endlessly curious about the creative process and how it interacts with our daily lives. Through that, she supports others in fostering a relationship with their own creative energy as a creative process teacher, mentor and workshop facilitator.
